As a leading UK chemical supplier ReAgent is delighted to offer a range of sachet packing, sachet filling and sachet manufacturing services to meet customer requirements. Investment in a bespoke sachet packing facility has been customer-driven and the service will be fully operational in early January 2013 adding a significant new capability to the ReAgent range.
The volumetric form, fill and seal machine has 2 dispensing units and has been built to ReAgent's exacting specifications. It has stainless steel contact parts and is compatible with most substances, with an augur system for powder filling and a volumetric pump system for creams, pastes, gels and liquids.

Sachet Widths
Sachet widths can be 30mm, 50mm and 100mm whilst sachet lengths may vary from 40mm to 160mm. The fill rate is between 30 and 60 sachets per minute depending on the product and sachet size and daily output has increased from around 1,000 to over 15,000+ possibly significantly more depending on the material used. Minimum runs of 1,000 are offered whilst maximum runs of 50,000+ can easily be met.
Tailored to Your Requirements
Sachet bags are laminates and include paper/PE, PET/Aluminium foil, PE/PET, Nylon/PE and can be tailored to suit customer requirements. The formed sachets have 3 seals, one at the top, one at the base and one at the rear. The powder augur can fill between 1g and 100g by weight whilst the liquid pump can fill between 1ml and 100ml. Liquids viscosity can range from water to thick creams, pastes and gels.
ReAgent offers a service to blend liquids, gels and creams to individual customer specifications whilst free advice and support can be obtained by contacting the knowledgeable and experienced Technical Sales Team at ReAgent. The sachet packing service is aimed primarily at the chemical and cosmetics industries.

Built In Printing
A single colour thermal transfer printer produces each sachet label which is printed with a batch reference number for full traceability in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s quality system. Customers may provide their own labels which can be over-printed with batch reference numbers or if preferred pre-printed film can be bought in and over-printed with the relevant batch numbers.
