In 1992 ReAgent became only the fifth company in the UK to gain accreditation to the original Quality Standard BS 5750, which later became the internationally-recognised ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. The stringent requirements of this Standard underpin quality processes in every part of our organisation and the system of continuous improvement ensures that the Company continues to work to its exacting criteria.
Ongoing accreditation to the Standard requires ReAgent to be reviewed at least once a year with a renewal process taking place every three years.
In addition to ISO 9001:2008, ReAgent is accredited to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System and is currently working towards ISO 18001 Health & Safety System which is hopes to achieve by the end of next year, thereby achieving the ISO ‘hat trick’. ReAgent is also a recognised Investor in People (IIP).
