As part of its toll manufacturing facility ReAgent offers a bespoke service for filling liquids, gels and powders in a range of pack sizes from a few millilitre ampoules to 1,000 litre Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC’s). ReAgent is one of the leading UK chemical companies with over 35 years experience of filling liquids of both hazardous and non-hazardous substances. We are fully accredited to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System and IIP.

Products Packed and Labeled With Your Own Branding
We are pleased to pack and label products using customer-supplied labels, if required and can arrange to ship direct to the end user. Liquids can be dispatch UK-wide and overseas and are pleased to handle export paperwork when requested. We routinely deal with liquid filling and bulk packing jobs on a regular basis but would also be pleased to quote for ‘one off’ tasks.

Staff are equipped with full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as appropriate to the job they are doing and this will include approved eye protection, safety footwear, compatible safety gloves and appropriate safety coveralls. Staff are also familiar with handling large quantities of hazardous chemicals safely and efficiently. We have the latest fume extraction system at our site and full face masks and respirators as required, allowing us to work with hazardous liquids safely where a lot of other companies would not be able to.

Bespoke Test Kits
In addition to offering a service for bulk filling liquids, powders and gels, we are able to provide a bespoke service for the manufacture of test kits to test anything from soil, water samples or the presence of drugs.
