As part of its comprehensive toll manufacturing facility, ReAgent specialises in drum filling which is just one of a range of services we offer. Our flexible manufacturing facility enables us to offer a completely bespoke drum filling service to meet our customers individual specific requirements.
We have a wide customer base who use us time and time again as their preferred drum filler. These include such industries as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, water treatment and power generation. Fully accredited to ISO 9001:2008, ReAgent works in accordance with the world-renowned Quality Management System. This means that the quality of our products and services is closely monitored with improvement systems in place if necessary. Full traceability together with Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformity provided free of charge, help us to maintain our position at the top amongst other drum fillers.
Additionally, we are fully accredited to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System which means that we constantly monitor our processes to ensure that environmental impact is kept to a minimum. As this includes reducing wastage to a minimum and improving efficiencies, we are able to save money which in turn keeps our prices very competitive.

ReAgent uses a variety of types of drums depending on the product they are going to contain. For example, we can supply a huge range of metal drums and plastic drums, some of which have removable tops for drumming solids and pastes. Additionally, we offer metal composite drums, where the outer drum is made of metal with plastic liner. These are particularly suitable for drumming very aggressive chemicals.
Most of the drums we supply will have a 2 inch bung fitting on top or a three quarter inch and ReAgent is pleased to supply both. ReAgent also supplies UN certified drums where appropriate, such as for hazardous goods. ReAgent can supply drums in a range of sizes, with 200 litres being the most commonly requested size. However, we can supply various other sizes ranging from 5 or 10 litres upwards.
