Contract Packaging
ReAgent is pleased to be able to offer a bespoke contract packaging service to all its customers. We have been established since 1977 during which time we have built up an enviable reputation for quality and value. In addition we can offer a bespoke chemical manufacturing, mixing and blending service.
Our Quality Management System is ISO 9001:2008 and we have full traceability of product. Our in-house Quality Department ensures the quality of all in-coming and finished products for total peace of mind.
As part of our contract packaging facility we can pack into sachets and ampoules right up to IBCs and anything in between. Our sachets are 3 layer paper, foil and PE which ensures that the product remains unchanged after packaging for the longest period of time possible. We can put powders and granules into sachets and are pleased to offer small to medium runs from less than 100 to 5,000.
Our ampoule contract packaging service includes assembly of kits for use in the field or on-site and we are happy to source all necessary components of the finished kit, using only approved suppliers. We are also able to offer contract packang of glass, plastic-coated glass, plastic bottles and jerricans of any size, metal drums and IBCs and would be pleased to discuss your individual requirements.
To further assist with your requirements from a contract packaging company like ourselves, our semi-automated packaging lines for sachets and ampoules ensures that very fine tolerances can be met whilst our flexible manufacturing facilities ensure that you can buy exactly the product you need in exactly the right container. Some customers like us to fill to a certain volume thereby reducing the risk of error as their own operators no longer have to weigh or measure the product.
We work with a wide range of customers including those in the pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing industry, environmental services, power stations, chemical industry, food industry and oil industry although this list is by no means comprehensive. Many of our customers like to audit us and our processes on a regular basis and we are happy to do this. We see audits as a means of reviewing our already stringent manufacturing processes and they can give us the opportunity to try to improve on our systems.
ReAgent has a great reputation and we understand our customers' requirements, especially where contract packing is required. We are happy to enter into Confidentiality Agreements if required as some customers, particularly those in the pharmaceutical industries, like to have an agreement on confidentiality where a new product or new contract packaging is concerned.
