As one of the leading UK chemical suppliers ReAgent offers a bulk filling service as part of its toll manufacturing facility. We have been an established bulk filler for over 35 years and have full accreditation to numerous quality, environmental and ‘people’ standards.

Committed To Maintaining Accreditations
As bulk fillers we are committed to our maintaining our ongoing accreditation to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System which forms the backbone of our manufacturing operation in Cheshire. This Standard sets out the criteria to which the Company has to work; there is a requirement to be audited a minimum of once a year with a renewal process every three years. We are also accredited to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Standard and are working towards ISO 18001 Health and Safety Standard which we hope to achieve by the end of next year. ReAgent is also a recognised Investor in People (IIP).

Audits Welcome
The Company regularly undergoes audits from existing and potential customers from a diverse range of industry sectors. These include the pharmaceutical industry, the automotive industry, power generation, water treatment, food industries, petro-chemicals and engineering, to name but a few. We work with each customer to ensure that we provide them with exactly what they require and expect from bulk fillers such as ourselves. We have total flexibility on strengths of solution and pack sizes ranging from a few millilitre ampoules to 1,000 litre IBC’s (Intermediate Bulk Containers). We also offer the facility to pack, label and ship using customer-supplied labels and delivering direct to the end user, if required.
