ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System forms the backbone of our manufacturing facility and we are proud of our ongoing accreditation. This sets us aside from other bulk bottlers. Additionally, ReAgent is pleased to be an officially recognised ‘green’ company with accreditation to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System. We are currently working towards ISO 18001 Health and Safety Standard which we hope to achieve by the end of next near. ReAgent is also an approved Investor in People (IIP).
Our bulk bottling services form part of our toll manufacturing facility which incorporates powder and liquid packing and bulk filling. ReAgent has a proven track record and we work to the highest standards of safety and efficiency as a bulk bottler to keep our prices competitive. All staff are familiar with LEAN Manufacturing requirements and we are proud of our excellent safety record. We work in accordance with all current Health and Safety legislation, GHS, CLP and CHiP, complying fully with all packing and transport requirements.
All staff are issued with and wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including approved safety glasses or goggles as appropriate, safety coveralls, compatible safety gloves and safety boots or shoes and staff wear full face masks and respirators where required. We have the latest walk-in fume extraction system in our manufacturing site.

We work with customers on an individual basis to ensure that each receives exactly what is needed for them to fulfil their requirements. Our flexible manufacturing facility enables us to bottle, pack out and label using customers own labels where required, and we can ship direct to the end user. Many of our bulk bottling jobs are ‘one offs’ for specific customers requirement but we are pleased to bulk pack and bulk fill on a regular basis where needed.
